Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okbrt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. okbrt employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. okbrt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify okbrt immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
okbrt is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with okbrt's KYC procedures, including providing copies of identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership when requested. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
okbrt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at okbrt's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your okbrt account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts; VIP members receive expedited processing with Diamond tier members receiving near-instant processing. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 business days.
okbrt reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where KYC requirements have not been satisfied.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on okbrt are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). okbrt does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside okbrt's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.
okbrt may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Where bonus abuse is detected, okbrt reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.
The okbrt VIP program operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald, and Diamond. VIP tier assignment is based on cumulative wagering activity and is subject to periodic review. VIP benefits, including cashback rates, withdrawal speeds, and birthday bonuses, are detailed on the VIP page. okbrt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program or any individual player's VIP status at its discretion.

okbrt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit okbrt's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
You may close your okbrt account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
okbrt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
